Jacques Bermon Webster III (born April 30 1993) is a popular American rapper. The stage name he uses is the combination of the name of a beloved uncle, and the initials Kid Cudi (whose real identity is Scott Mescudi), Scott signed his debut major-label contract in 2012 with Epic Records. In April 2013, he signed a joint-recording agreement with Epic and T.I. His Grand Hustle imprint. Scott's first full-length album, Owl Pharaoh (1983) was released on self-release. It was followed with a second mixtape, Days Before Rodeo, in 2014. Rodeo (2015) Rodeo, his first studio album included the hit song "Antidote". The second album, Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight (2016) was the first Billboard 200 top 100 album. In the following year, Scott released a collaborative album featuring Quavo entitled Huncho Jack, Jack Huncho under the band name Huncho Jack.In 2018 the third studio album, Astroworld, was released to acclaim from critics and also produced his first Billboard Hot 100 number one single, "Sicko Mode" (featuring Drake). Scott's Cactus Jack Records album JackBoys debut on the Billboard 200 in late 2019. Scott's single "Franchise" with Young Thug, M.I.A. and other artists, debuted. in 2020, Scott became the first artist on the Hot 100 to have three songs debut at number one within less than a year.
